Thank you for writing to The Refiner's Fire!
I personally know many Muslims and, despite our differing beliefs, I know them to be good, God-fearing people. My problem is not with them, but with the religion of Islam, itself.
I have prayed about your e-mail comments and done a little research, and decided that I am NOT mistaken about my stand against Islam and will therefore not remove any of my anti-Islam articles. Please understand, The Refiner's Fire's stand is against the religion of Islam, not the many good, every-day Muslims who truly practice "peace", such as yourself.
We disagree with your comments that Muslims are not the enemies of the Christians or the Jews because: (1) Sura 2 was revealed while Muhammad was in Mecca and is no longer valid; and (2) because the sura you are quoting has been abrogated by a "better" sura.
Sura 9:29 says to kill Christians and Jews, and the Qur'an chapter 2:106 plainly indicates: "Such of our revelation as we abrogate or cause to be forgotten, we bring (in place) one better or the like thereof."
Sura 16:101 says: "And when we put one revelation in place of another revelation - and Allah knows best what He reveals - they say, 'To thou art but inventing'"
The truth is that the Quran commands Muslims to convert or kill. We have shown these truths using the Qur'an itself at Jews for Allah and Islam Doesn't Promote Peace.

The Refiner's Fire Response: Then WHY are Muslims killing the "infidels" from around the world? Why did Muslims perpetrate the "9/11" attacks on New York's twin towers and the Pentagon? Why the Spain train bombings? To see a partial listing of Muslim attacks perpetrated just against Americans over the last 25 years, see Death to America. While nobody in this world is innocent and "lily-white" (including Christians, Jews, and people of any other religion), nearly every single terrorist attack on the world in recent memory has been at the hands of Muslims yelling "Allah Akhbar" every time they behead an innocent person, torture, shoot, maim, or shove a spear into the anus of someone and then impale the "infidel" - all because the Qur'an tells them to....
You said: Islam is not a religion that can be inflicted by force, and those who try to do that have forsaken the path of Islam......Those who have twisted Islam to suit their own desires have destroyed the religion and its reputation in the world. The terrorists who behead people on TV are not Muslims in any way, shape, or form. They butcher innocent people, rape women, and go against every rule that Islam stands for.
The Refiner's Fire Response: The problem is, they loudly and proudly proclaim to be Muslims. What is the world to think? When people of a certain religion behead, torture, and maim, and in various ways kill all those who disagree with them, then those people become the spokes persons for that particular religion.
For years now, in every television debate between Muslims and Christians, Muslims clerics insist that we are worshipping the same God. This is absolutely not true. Our respective Gods are very different: Allah expects YOU to die for him, whereas Yeshua/Jesus died for US....Mohammed picked and chose ("borrowed") what he wanted from the Jewish Tanach ("Old Testament) some six hundred years after the New Testament was written, often twisting the original message. Consequently, there is NO similarity between our Gods, or the Bible and the Qur'an.
You said: I am respectfully requesting you to remove this extremely offensive and innaccurate material from your site. I have no emnity against Chrisitians or Jews in any way. Feel free to preach your religion and to direct people to what you feel is right. But please do not spread inaccurate falsehoods against my religion.

Judging by the research we have uncovered, we are convinced the Islam is the "beast" spoken of in the Bible's Book of Revelation. Years ago, when I read the Bible verse that says many people would be beheaded for their belief in Jesus (Revelation 20:4), the Holy Spirit caused me to realize that the ONLY people in the universe who still behead are Muslims - which means that God would somehow be using the spirit of Islam to bring about His "end-time" scenario. The continuing barrage of sadistic acts by Muslim terrorists against the world only serve to confirm this theory. When I saw Simon's book, this theory became "iron-clad".
As harsh as this truth might be, the religion of Islam seems to come straight from the pits of hell because Islam is the only religion in the universe whose "scriptures" were not only borrowed from another source and then twisted, but actually urge believers to hate Jews and Christians, and to kill everyone who refuses to believe in Islam and its "final prophet" Mohammed - a man who happened to be a murdering, thieving pedophile who used the supposed word of God to perpetrate his well-documented crimes, and who "married" a nine year old girl....
We apologize if this comes across as harsh, but truth is truth.
Again, thank you for writing. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and the other decent, Godly Muslims who wouldn't dream of being involved in terrorism of any kind, or training their toddlers to become suicide bombers for Allah....
