The following scriptures are straight from the Khabouris Codex, the oldest known "New Testament" which was written in Aramaic and translated directly into by Andrew Gabriel Roth:
Matthew 2: 2. And they said, "Where is he who has been born the king of the Jews? For we saw his star in the East and have come to worship him."
Matthew 27: 11. Now Y'shua stood before the governor, and the governor asked him and said to him, "Are you the King of the Jews?" Y'shua said to him, You have said it.
Matthew 27: 28. And they stripped him and clothed him with a robe of purple. 29. And they wove a crown of thorns and put it on his head, and a reed in his right hand. And they bowed down upon their knees before him and they were mocking at him and saying, "Peace King of the Jews."
Matthew 27: 35. And when they had nailed him to the stake, they divided his clothes by casting lots. 36. And they were sitting watching him there. 37. And they placed over his head the reason for his death in writing, THIS IS Y'SHUA, THE KING OF THE JEWS.
There you have at least four examples that prove wrong your statement, "He was never called a Jew." And you're exactly right: "Jesus" was not Jewish because there is/was no such person as "Jesus". Our Savior's Name was Y'shua - a Hebrew Name that actually means something ("Yahweh is Salvation"). What does "Jesus" mean?
He wasn't Jewish? The original word for Jew is Yehudah which means Praiser of YHWH (Yahweh). YHWH chose Yehudah to carry the Scepter of Messiah's government. The physical and spiritual line of Yehuda brought Mashiyach (Messiah) through Jacob to Isaac to Abraham to Noah to Enoch to Adam; all these men were spiritual Praisers of YHWH. It's only semantics to say that Ya'akov (Jacob) or Avraham (Abraham) weren't Jews because YHWH is very much employing genetics to secure His Promises for Jews and all others. He raised up a Set-Apart people so the rest of the world could learn of Him and obey Him.
See Baruch ben Daniel's article Israel. If Y'shua didn't "practice the Jewish religion" then please explain why He kept ONLY the seventh day Sabbath and the Biblical Feasts. Why did He die and was resurrected on two specific Biblical Feasts (Passover and Firstfruits)?

We don't need to read some Gentile website to "comprehend Judaism" as you suggested. We ARE Jewish!
That link you sent is full of "Christian" ideology. Christians have changed the Name of our Savior, along with the dates of His birth, death and resurrection. So what makes you think you've got the market cornered on Biblical Truth? Please demonstrate for us where GOD ever said to do these things. Show where God Himself ever said to change His seventh day Sabbath to the FIRST day! Show where He said to ignore His COMMANDED Biblical Feast days and substitute them for pagan "holy days" like Christmas and Easter! If you can show us those things in the Scriptures, then we'll believe you!
This is the exact reason Jews aren't breaking their necks to believe in Jesus! You've taken the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and put Him into a box called "Christianity" - an entity that, as a whole consists of thousands of denominations, NONE of which are "on the mark"!
