You've posed a great question!
We at The Refiner's Fire believe that, if a Muslim dies -- and he is someone who has who has NEVER heard of Yeshua (Jesus) or the Bible, and has only been indoctrinated about Allah and Mohammed, and never knew anything other than what he was taught -- that person WOULD be allowed entrance into heaven by God's grace, because he simply didn't know any better. (There probably are some people in this world in remote locations who don't know about, and have never been exposed to the Truth!) If, however, a Muslim has heard about, or has any knowledge about Yeshua and the Bible, yet chooses to ignore it, then that person will be judged accordingly. Although we have no way of backing this Scripturally, we truly believe that our Creator would NOT send to hell anyone who has NEVER heard of Him, because as He says in the Bible, He wants no one to perish. (Romans 2 explains in detail the impartiality of God.)
Our belief is based on the fact that the Bible tells us that, to God, time is irrelevant:
Psalm 90:4 - For [2 Pet 3:8] a thousand years in Your sight Are like [Ps 39:5] yesterday when it passes by, Or as a [Ex 14:24; Judg 7:19] watch in the night.
2 Peter 3:8 - But do not let this one fact escape your notice, [2 Pet 3:1] beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and [Ps 90:4] a thousand years like one day.
That being the case, we believe that, in the second before we die, God reveals Himself to our spirits and allows us to make a final choice to either accept or reject Him.
