There are many who support President Obama's position, citing "Separation of Church and State" - so to them we present this challenge: Find a copy of the Constitution and tell us where it provides for a "constitutional separation of church and state!" The Constitution was not designed to protect the government or the people from YHWH's Word; it was designed to protect spiritual people from the government by not dictating a State religion! "Separation of Church and State" carries only this meaning.

If Mr. Obama (who proclaims to be a Christian) truly knew anything about Yahweh and His Word, he would NEVER have made his statement! Why? First of all, because Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (in whom the President supposedly "believes") commanded HIS PEOPLE (who include all those who believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob) to stay away from "other gods" and idols. Those commands did NOT change when "Jesus" died! And secondly, because as President, he needs to act like a leader who has the best interests of his country at heart. And in this case, his interests obviously lie with the Muslims whose fellows committed a terrorist act against the United States that resulted in thousands of deaths! The United States, is a Christo-Judean country and not Muslim. Check out what YHWH commanded of HIS people:

Exodus 34: 12 Be careful not to make a covenant with the people living in the land where you are going, so that they won't become a snare within your own borders. 13 Rather, you are to demolish their altars, smash their standing-stones and cut down their sacred poles; 14 because you are not to bow down to any other god; since ADONAI -whose very name is Jealous -is a jealous God. 15 Do not make a covenant with the people living in the land. It will cause you to go astray after their gods and sacrifice to their gods. Then they will invite you to join them in eating their sacrifices, 16 and you will take their daughters as wives for your sons. Their daughters will prostitute themselves to their own gods and make your sons do the same! 17 "Do not cast metal gods for yourselves....

Since we are told that God is the same yesterday, today and forever, doesn't it make sense that He is the same in 2010?

Hebrews 13: 8. Y'shua the Mashiyach is the same yesterday, today, and forever. 9. Be not led away by strange and variable doctrines.

YHWH constantly warned His People NOT to go anywhere near the customs of the pagans...and just look around you today at at all the myriad "religions" that have been allowed to spring up in the name of "tolerance"....And then please ask yourself what "religion" did Yeshua bring? Which ones truly adhere to YHWH's Holy Commands?

Mr. Obama's adherence to Christianity and all its dogma (along with a first-day sabbath and the man-made "holy days" of Christmas and Easter) has led him completely away from Biblical Truth and straight into the arms of paganism. (Please read our challenge to mainstream Christianity.) Here's why - and please note our comments inserted directly into the passsages:

Deuteronomy 11: 8 Therefore, you are to keep every mitzvah I am giving you today; so that you will be strong enough to go in and take possession of the land you are crossing over to conquer; 9 and so that you will live long in the land ADONAI swore to give to your ancestors and their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey. 10 "For the land you are entering in order to take possession of it isn't like the land of Egypt (which was filled with "other gods" and idols and paganism). There you would sow your seed and had to use your feet to operate its irrigation system, as in a vegetable garden. 11 But the land you are crossing over (the word "Hebrew" means "crossing over"; all who believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob have "crossed over" spritually and are obligated to OBEY Yahweh and His Torah) to take possession of is a land of hills and valleys, which soaks up water when rain falls from the sky. 12 It is a land ADONAI your God cares for. The eyes of ADONAI your God are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. 13 "So if you listen carefully to my mitzvot which I am giving you today, to love ADONAI your God and serve him with all your heart and all your being; 14 then, [says ADONAI,] 'I will give your land its rain at the right seasons, including the early fall rains and the late spring rains; so that you can gather in your wheat, new wine and olive oil; 15 and I will give your fields grass for your livestock; with the result that you will eat and be satisfied.' 16 But be careful not to let yourselves be seduced, so that you turn aside, serving other gods and worshipping them. 17 If you do, the anger of ADONAI will blaze up against you. He will shut up the sky, so that there will be no rain. The ground will not yield its produce, and you will quickly pass away from the good land ADONAI is giving you. (Look at what is happening to America and the rest of the world today where we are at the brink of financial ruin, where we are experiencing as much decadence as was present "in the days of Noah"; and where we are feeling the birth pangs of horrific natural disasters of "biblical proportions.")

Deuteronomy 11: 18 Therefore, you are to store up these words of mine in your heart and in all your being; tie them on your hand as a sign; put them at the front of a headband around your forehead; (please see our article on phylacteries) 19 teach them carefully to your children, talking about them when you sit at home, when you are traveling on the road, when you lie down and when you get up; 20 and write them on the door-frames of your house and on your gates - 21 so that you and your children will live long on the land ADONAI swore to your ancestors that he would give them for as long as there is sky above the earth. 22 "For if you will take care to obey all these mitzvot I am giving you, to do them, to love ADONAI your God, to follow all his ways and to cling to him, 23 then ADONAI will expel all these nations ahead of you; and you will dispossess nations bigger and stronger than you are. 24 Wherever the sole of your foot steps will be yours; your territory will extend from the desert to the L'vanon and from the River, the Euphrates River, to the Western Sea. 25 No one will be able to withstand you; ADONAI your God will place the fear and dread of you on all the land you step on, as he told you." (When was the last time YHWH allowed the boundaries of the United States to be expanded? Were they expanded in Korea or Vietnam? Are they being expanded in the Middle East where our soldiers and Marines are dying today?)

Deuteronomy 11: 26 "See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse - (this is where Christians decided the Torah is a "curse" - but in reality, they forgot to read the rest of this passage IN CONTEXT!) 27 the blessing, if you listen to the mitzvot of ADONAI your God that I am giving you today; 28 and the curse, if you don't listen to the mitzvot of ADONAI your God, but turn aside from the way I am ordering you today and follow other gods that you have not known.

YHWH expected not only faith and belief in Him, but also obedience to His Torah (Divine Instructions in Righteousness) and we must ask ourselves, was "obedience" abolished with the death of Yeshua? Let's dissect what YHWH said:

Deuteronomy 4: 1 "Now, Isra'el (ALL who believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are part of Israel!), listen to the laws and rulings I am teaching you, in order to follow them, so that you will live; then you will go in and take possession of the land that ADONAI, the God of your fathers, is giving you.

Granted, He was talking to "that generation"; however, our "Promised Land" is in heaven, and in order to get there, we MUST obey His commands - and we will certainly be obeying them forever after. We cannot be "carnal" in this world or offer "strange fire" (Leviticus 10:1, Numbers 3:4) before YHWH if we wish to please Him!

Deuteronomy 4: 2 In order to obey the mitzvot of ADONAI your God which I am giving you, do not add to what I am saying, and do not subtract from it..

Realistically, what are many believers doing today? They are constantly either adding to or subtracting from His Word! Many Messianic (Torah observant) believers have skewed the Word by fighting over things like the spelling of the transliteration of the Sacred Names and are concentrating on unbiblical nonsense such as "adding wives" because they believe God condones polygyny. And Christians insist that Jesus is a Torah-less God who came to replace His Father and abolish His Divine Instructions in Righteousness, and all we have to do is to 'believe' in Him in order to gain eternal life - while totally ignoring the fact that Yeshua the Messiah came to proclaim the Kingdom of YHWH (including obedience to His Torah by, among other things, keeping the feasts and the Seventh Day Sabbath) and to personally show us how to worship and obey:

Luke 4: 43 "But he (Yeshua) said, "I must preach the good news of the Kingdom of God to the other towns also, because that is why I was sent."

And the Apostles upheld it, but somehow that is ignored, as well:

Acts 28: 23 "From morning till evening the Apostle Paul explained and declared the Kingdom of God and tried to convince people about Yeshua from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets."

Acts 24: 14. But this indeed I (Paul) acknowledge, that in that same doctrine of which they speak, I do serve the Elohim of my fathers, believing all the things written in Torah and in the prophets.

YHWH over and over again reiterated via His servant Moshe the need for His people to OBEY:

Deuteronomy 4: 5 Look, I have taught you laws and rulings, just as ADONAI my God ordered me, so that you can behave accordingly in the land where you are going in order to take possession of it. 6 Therefore, observe them; and follow them; for then all peoples will see you as having wisdom and understanding. When they hear of all these laws, they will say, 'This great nation is surely a wise and understanding people.' 7 For what great nation is there that has God as close to them as ADONAI our God is, whenever we call on him? 8 What great nation is there that has laws and rulings as just as this entire Torah which I am setting before you today?

How can anyone possibly misunderstand the fact that following YHWH's laws will set us apart and make others recognize that we have wisdom and understanding? Please read on:

Deuteronomy 4: 9 Only be careful, and watch yourselves diligently as long as you live, so that you won't forget what you saw with your own eyes, so that these things won't vanish from your hearts. Rather, make them known to your children and grandchildren - 10 the day you stood before ADONAI your God at Horev, when ADONAI said to me, 'Gather the people to me, and I will make them hear my very words, so that they will learn to hold me in awe as long as they live on earth, and so that they will teach their children.' 11 You approached and stood at the foot of the mountain; and the mountain blazed with fire to the heart of heaven, with darkness, clouds and thick mist. 12 Then ADONAI spoke to you out of the fire! You heard the sound of words but saw no shape, there was only a voice. 13 He proclaimed his covenant to you, which he ordered you to obey, the Ten Words; and he wrote them on two stone tablets. 14 At that time ADONAI ordered me to teach you laws and rulings, so that you would live by them in the land you are entering in order to take possession of it.

2 Peter 2: 1. But in the world there have been also false prophets, as there will likewise be false teachers among you who will bring in destructive heresies denying Master YHWH that bought them; thus bringing on themselves swift destruction. (By suggesting that Muslims have a right to build their mosques on "Ground Zero" President Obama is, in effect, inviting paganism into our country, complete with "false gods" and idols! Please see our "Challenging false teachers and prophets" page!) 2. And many will go after their profaneness on account of whom the way of truth will be reproached. 3. And in the greediness of raving words they will make merchandise of you: whose judgment of a long time is not idle; and their destruction never sleeps. 4. For if Elohim spared not the Messengers that sinned but cast them down to the infernal regions in chains of darkness and delivered them up to be kept to the judgment of torture; 5. And (if Elohim) did not spare the former world but preserved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness when he brought a flood on the world of the wicked 6. (and) burned up the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and condemned them by an overthrow, making them a demonstration to the wicked who should come after them; 7. and also delivered righteous Lot who was tormented with the filthy conduct of the Torahless; 8. For that upright man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing from day to day, was distressed in his righteous soul by their Torahless deeds;

2 Peter 2: 9. Master YHWH knows how to rescue from afflictions those who fear him, and he will reserve the wicked for the day of judgment to be tormented, 10. and especially them who go after the flesh in the lusts of pollution, and despise government (meaning, government by Elohim fearers). Daring and boasting without cause they do not quake with awe while they blaspheme; 11. as opposed to the Messengers, greater than they in might and valor, do not bring against them a reproachful judgment. 12. But these, like nasty beasts that by nature are for slaughter and corruption, while engaging in evil speech regarding things they don't know, will perish in their own corruption; 13. they being persons with whom iniquity is the reward of iniquity, and by them rioting in the daytime is accounted delightful; defiled and full of blemishes (are they), indulging themselves at their ease while they give themselves up to pleasure; 14. having eyes that are full of adultery and sins that never end; seducing unstable souls; and having a heart exercised in greed; children of cursing:

2 Peter 2: 15. And, having left the correct path, they have wandered and gone in the way of Balaam the son of Beor who loved the wages of iniquity, 16. and who had for the corrector of his transgression a mute mule which, speaking with the speech of men, rebuked the madness of the prophet. 17. These are wells without water, clouds driven by a storm, persons for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness. 18. For, while they utter astonishing vanity, they seduce with obscene lusts of the flesh, them who have almost abandoned these that walk in error. 19. And they promise them liberty while they themselves are the slaves of corruption: for, by whatever thing a man is vanquished, to that is he enslaved. 20. For if, when they have escaped the pollutions of the world by the knowledge of our Master and Redeemer Y'shua the Mashiyach, they become again involved in the same and are vanquished, their latter state is worse than the former. 21. For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than after having known (it), to turn back from the Set Apart Commandment that was delivered to them. 22. But the true proverb has happened to them: the dog returns to his vomit and the pig that was washed, to her wallowing in the mire.

John 15: 10. If you keep my Commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept the Commandments of my Father, and I abide in His love. (Today, many Christians argue that "we're now under grace and only have to obey two commandments....) 11. I have spoken these things with you that my joy may be in you and that your joy might be full in you. 12. This is my Commandment, that you love one another just as I have loved you. (Many feel Torah was abolished and replaced with what "Jesus" said right here! They never stop to think that, unless they KNOW Torah it cannot be "written upon their hearts". Instead, they think they've been released from any Torah knowledge and aren't obligated to adhere to YHWH's Instructions because "Jesus paid it all".....)

The "Commandments of my Father" always refers to Torah; see also John 15:5. Yeshua and his Talmidim (disciples) keep his Father's Commandments, but mainstream Christianity is not only anti-Torah; they turned rebellion against Torah into a "fashionable" form of lawlessness.
