I crossed over (a proud Messianic Hebrew and former Gentile) about 18 months ago and I simply cannot get enough of Scripture because, when read in the context of Torah observance, it is in complete harmony with itself. And I only observe Torah because it is what my Master wants me to do...and I want it written upon my heart and upon the heart of my wife and my children and my extended family....BECAUSE I LOVE THEM!

I do it not because I'm forced to, or feel compelled to live by its standards in order to somehow earn my righteousness or my salvation...NO!!! I do it willingly to honor Him with a life of loving obedience in light of the ULTIMATE PRICE that was paid for my life! Torah is God's Divine Instructions in Righteousness, without which we would have NO blueprint for moral, holy living! This is the essence of love and I didn't ever fully understand it until I became aware of the need to place my hope and my life within his Torah...because that is where LIFE IS FOUND.

I spent the better part of 40+ years scratching out a faith within the evangelical "Christian churches" only to find the vicious cycle of sin/faith/grace...sin/faith/grace...sin/faith/grace...and no other depth to it. It was only after I discovered real Torah teaching that I came face to face with myself and my beliefs and began to realize I didn't have the answers...Nor did those occupying the pulpits at the churches!

Having said the above, I would like to mention that Andrew Gabriel Roth's Aramaic English New Testament is largely responsible for opening my eyes to the truth of Torah - because it serves to correct mistranslated words and concepts and puts the writings of Paul back into their proper, Hebrew context - all of which serves to reveal that the NT points directly back to the OT!

I think we are going to find that the AENT is going to become a 'bombshell' within the Christian community as it begins to spread out in circles such as this and others. Christian leaders are going to have to deal with it and the questions it is going to generate...And these questions are going to be big, big doozies!!!...doctrine changers!!!...and Kingdom changers!!!

When compared to all other Greek manuscripts based modern bibles, including the KVJ, the Geneva among others, the AENT elegantly answers all the tangles and generalizations of "law" spoken and written about by Paul and the other apostles. And this is just "the tip of the iceberg!"
