Dear Refiner's Fire...

I have a two-part question:

(1) Could you please tell me what Biblical holidays am I supposed to celebrate and on what days they occur?

(2) If I keep committing a sin won't God just punish me over and over and not disown me or keep me from being able to go to heaven? I know works can't get people to Heaven but can works stop people from spending eternity with the One True God? How do I know If I have committed the unpardonable sin?

Our Response....

About the Biblical feasts, the ones to be celebrated are discussed in our articles, Biblical Feasts and Jewish holidays in a nutshell.

In order to understand more about the Biblical feasts, you can order a book called God's Appointed Times, which explains the feasts and how to celebrate them. You can go to Hebcal.com: Jewish Calendar Tools to discover the dates of each feast.

God tells us there is no sacrifice for continuous, deliberate sinning:

Hebrews 10: 26 For if we deliberately continue to sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but only the terrifying prospect of Judgment, or raging fire that will consume the enemies.

If you're sinning and you know you are sinning and choose to continue instead of going to God and sincerely asking Him to help you stop, then there simply is no reason for Him in your life because you're choosing to do YOUR own thing. Yeshua would have to come and die over and over again in order to atone for your deliberate future sins.

If you truly belong to Christ, there is no "unpardonable" sin. God will forgive you ANYTHING if you are sincere and willing to surrender to Him. He knows your heart.
