The following e-mail was recently sent to Pastor Ted Pike's National Prayer Network - a website designed to bash Jews and blame them for the world's ills.

Dear Ted,

"National Prayer Network"? What a hypocritical thing to call a website that does nothing but bad-mouth the Jews and encourage the world to root for "Palestine"! On one hand you go around trying to convince the world to pray, and insist that you're this wonderful Christian who doesn't have an anti-Semitic bone in his body, yet you have an entire site dedicated to "exposing the evil Jews"....

Have you looked in your own backyard lately? Are you so lily-white and perfect that you are qualified to "expose Jews"? If you were, then Yeshua ("Jesus") a Torah-observant, tallit-wearing, Sabbath and feast-keeping, kosher JEW - would not have had to die in your place!

The reason I'm writing today is to let you know that your disgusting, hate-filled article on pedophelia is clearly just another piece of anti-Semitic rhetoric spawned from the mind of someone whose only goal to is make the Jews "look bad". Let's discuss some of what you've said - and, by the way, this will be posted on The Refiner's Fire for the whole world to see (your comments in green):

PEDOPHILIA: THE TALMUD'S DIRTY SECRET

For nearly a century, the Jewish-dominated Hollywood film industry and big media have conspicuously influenced Christian America away from Biblical morals and values. (See, "Jews Confirm Big Media Is Jewish")

THE HEBRAIC FAITH RESPONSE: Let's give credit where credit is due, shall we? SATAN "influenced Christian America away from Biblical morals and values". Your "Jewish-dominated film industry" garbage has been amply refuted on our website: http://therefinersfire.org/challenging_ted_pike.htm.

Secondly, let's examine some of the recent well-known scandals among YOUR brethren, shall we:

• Former President Bill Clinton. Was he Jewish? He single-handedly made adultery into something to be condoned, and allowed the youngest kids to see on television that lying is "okay", and that "oral sex" isn't sex.
  
  
• How about President Kennedy and Marylin Monroe? Were they Jewish?
  
  
• Gary Hart and Donna Rice? Were they Jewish?
  
  
• What about Jesse Jackson's affair that produced a child? Is he Jewish?
  
  
• How about the Congressional page scandals involving gay sex? How many of those were Jewish?
  
  
• How about the Clarence Thomas-Anita Hill sexual harassment scandal at time of Supreme Court nomination hearings in 1991. Were they Jewish?
  
  
• How about Newt Gingrich's affair with congressional staffer from 1993-1999? How about Chandra Levy andGary Condit (2001)? How about Governor Arnold Schwartzenegger who admitted groping women early in career? What about American's third President Thomas Jefferson's alleged relationship with Sally Hemings, which remained relatively unknown for nearly two centuries before it became widely publicized?

We could go on, but surely you get the picture an are able to Google all these scandals, yourself!

Thirdly, you like to bash Jews, and accuse them of the most ridiculous and heinous things - yet, amazingly, one never hears of scandals coming out of Orthodox Jewish synagogues! "The church" and the Christians, on the other hand, constantly reek of scandals - the most recent being the Pastor Ted Haggard fiasco. As a short refresher, let's list just some of the scandals that have come out of YOUR preferred belief of Christianity in recent years (in no particular order):

• PTL's Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker, in which Bakker admitted to having an affair with Jessica Hahn. Hahn accused Bakker of drugging and raping her.
  
  
• Jimmy Swaggart admitted sinning against God and his wife in 1988 after being caught on film taking a prostitute to a motel.
  
  
• In 1987 Oral Roberts addressed his television audience telling them that God had told him to raise $8 million, if he did not God would “take him home”. He raised $9.1 million. By 1989, due to financial difficulties, he had to close down the City of Faith Hospital Complex. Former employees have alleged that he used ministry funds to buy clothes, jewelry and fund travel in a private jet.
  
  
• A current fraud scandal involves televangelist Benny Hinn, famous for his televised faith healing.
  
  
• On November 2, 2006, Kent Hovind and his wife, Jo, were found guilty by a jury in Federal court in Pensacola, Florida of numerous federal tax and tax-related offenses. Hovind is currently in prison, awaiting sentencing on January 9, 2007. He has been ordered to forfeit $430,400 and faces a maximum of 288 years in prison.
  
  
• Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori, Presiding Bishop of U.S. Episcopal Church, has single-handedly turned the Episcopalian faith into an anti-Christ religion that insists Christ is NOT the only way to heaven, and openly condones homosexuality.....
  
  
• And last but not least, let's not forget about the Roman Catholic priests' sexual abuse of young males in the church....

Yet, with the hippie rebellion of the early sixties, the Jewish media found exponential opportunities to hasten America’s moral decline. Encouraging drugs and pornography it persuaded America that "free love" and living together outside of marriage were socially acceptable. With astonishing rapidity the movie, TV, and print media helped produce a generation of sexual libertines. By the end of the sixties, it hastened the sexual revolution to its next stage, homosexuality.

THE HEBRAIC FAITH RESPONSE: Have you, by any chance, taken a poll of ALL the "hippies" or done a scientific study to see how many of them were Jewish? If one is truly moral, NOBODY can "influence" them into sinning.

Now, more than 40 years later, even homosexuality has lost its attraction to many children and grandchildren of the hippie generation. Pedophilia (sex with little boys and girls along with child pornography) is the latest underground obsession sweeping America and the world.

THE HEBRAIC FAITH RESPONSE: Again, how many scientific studies have you done to prove this silly allegation? If homosexuality has lost its attraction, then HOW COME IT'S FLOURISHING to the point that the world is being pressured into accepting "gay" marriages? How many pedophiles are Jewish and how many are Gentile? We challenge you to write to Dateline NBC and ask for a detailed list of the beliefs of those perverts they're catching on camera!

What kind of moral foundations do Jews of the media rest upon, that they could consciously ignite and fan the flames of a sexual inferno that continues to ravage our once Christian society?

Virtually all the media moguls who founded Hollywood and the big three TV networks were immigrants, or their children, from predominantly orthodox Jewish communities in Eastern Europe.

In the late 19th century, most European Jews were a people of the book. But their book wasn’t the Bible. It was the Babylonian Talmud. To this day, the Talmud remains Judaism’s highest moral, ethical and legal authority.

THE HEBRAIC FAITH RESPONSE: Well, the BIBLE is the book of today's televangelists and high-powered pastors. What's THEIR excuse for being immoral? God gave the Torah and the Tanach ("Old Testament") to the Jews. PAGAN Gentiles borrowed "Jesus" after learning of Him through Yeshua's JEWISH DISCIPLES and have turned both Him AND Torah (God's original teachings/instruction) into something unrecognizable.

Does the Talmud share Christianity's foundation of wholesome moral values? Hardly. Instead, the Talmud is the sleazy substrata of a religious system gone terribly astray; it is that code of Pharisaic unbelief Christ described as "full of all uncleanness" (Matt. 23:27). Shockingly, Judaism’s most revered authority actually endorses such sins as lying, oath-breaking, and indirect murder. And it even sanctions one of the greatest sins of all: child molestation.

THE HEBRAIC FAITH RESPONSE: Sleazy substrata? As opposed the "sterling characters" listed above? Judging from the things you want people to know about the Talmud, it's clear that you haven't got one iota of a clue as to what Talmud is all about; therefore, we won't bother to list or answer the ridiculous allegations you managed to drege up.

We will tell you this much, however: The Talmud is a very old collection of the sayings of rabbis of all ages and in all parts of the world. It is a commentary on the Tanach (Jewish Bible); not the inspired Word of God! Every Jew knows that! Talmud contains the writings of the rabbis of old who tried their best to understand the things God had told them. They never said the Talmud was to be followed to the letter! That's what the Tanach is for! Among other things, the Talmud contains much devotional and inspirational material. Most Jews today have never seen a Talmud and know little or nothing of its contents. However, what they hear and learn from their rabbis and from tradition, they accept without question. Most do not even realize that the rabbis quarrel among themselves in the Talmud and many questions discussed by them remain unanswered. Rather than to put the Jews down for this, TRY PRAYING for them that their eyes would be opened to Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ)!
