Challenging Marilyn Agee's "Bible Prophecy Corner"
Marilyn Agee at Bible Prophecy Corner is another Christian date-setter who thinks she's got the market cornered on YHWH's Truth.
In the above link, which includes all sorts of accolades for herself and the nonsense she attempts to pass off as truth (including a "pre-trib rapture"), she boldly makes the following statement:
If the 2300-day shortened Tribulation of Dan. 8:13,14 starts on Pentecost, May 29, 2009, the Rapture should take place before or on that day.
I'M HOPING FOR THE RAPTURE BETWEEN NOW AND PENTECOST; HOW COULD IT BE LATER THAN THAT?

Well, May 29th, 2009 has come and gone, as and far as we know, the "rapture" didn't occur. We're all still here....If Marilyn had actually know anything about the Biblical Feasts, she would have realized that the "calling up" of God's people will occur on a Rosh Hashana (Feast of Trumpets), which is the next Feast to be "fulfilled." But does that mean we can know the exact date and time? NO!
According to the Scriptures, we are NOT supposed to be setting dates on the "rapture." Since Yeshua, while He walked this Earth, said even He didn't know the exact date and time (Mat. 24:36), what makes people like Marilyn think THEY do?
The Marilyn Agees of this world (who know about the Biblical Feasts but refuse to keep them because they erroneously believe Christians aren't bound by "those OT things") are dangerous because they know just enough about the Bible to sound believable whenever they "prophesy."
Attempts to correspond with Marilyn concerning her date-setting and skewed ideas about the Biblical Feasts failed miserably as she adamantly refused to answer our questions. Rather than to engage in meaningful dialogue, she kept hammering us with the much misunderstood writings of Paul upon which Christianity has based its entire religion. Nothing we said mattered and, in the end, we began to be attacked by one of Marilyn's followers - someone named Sidney Skipper who, like Marilyn - did nothing but ignore our comments and immediately resorted to name calling.
Prophets of old were killed if every word they prophesied didn't come true. Since Yeshua "paid it all" Marilyn won't die for her deliberate twisting of the Scriptures; but we guarantee she will do what all the other illustrious self-proclaimed "Bible scholars" and "date setters" do: She'll simply say, "Oops, I was a little off!" and promptly make up another date!
And her Biblically-challenged followers will lap it up and blindly believe her....
